Chief Technology Officer

CTO (Blockchain & AI)

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: €100,000 + equity

I am looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology vision at the intersection of blockchain and AI. You’ll define strategy, build scalable products, and grow a world-class engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tech strategy and product roadmap.
• Architect and deliver blockchain + AI solutions (dApps, smart contracts, ML models).
• Build and manage engineering team.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability.
• Represent tech vision to founders, investors, and partners.

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in tech leadership with strong blockchain + AI experience.
• Expertise in Ethereum, Layer 2s, smart contracts, and decentralized infra.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, etc.).
• Proven track record scaling products from prototype to production.
• Strong leadership, security awareness, and communication skills.
