You’ve probably spent the last few years buried in one corner of Avaloq. Lending, payments, securities: whatever it is, you know it well.

The role

You’ll manage projects and own business requirements end-to-end. That means getting under the skin of how the bank actually runs, and shaping how Avaloq and its satellites deliver for the business.

You won’t be alone. You’ll sit in a 3-4 person team on the business side of the bank, not IT (which is where the bonus pools are bigger). At your disposal will be 20 developers, architects, testers, and PMs to lean on when you hit something unfamiliar.

In short: the responsibility is yours, but the expertise is shared.
