We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help define and shape the user experience across our marketplace and subscription products, reporting directly to the founders. This role blends creativity and problem-solving — you'll be responsible for turning complex workflows into intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, user-obsessed, and motivated to create impactful designs that get shipped quickly.

This is the perfect role for someone hungry to make a visible impact at a growth-stage company. You'll have full ownership of design projects end-to-end, working closely with product and engineering to ship designs that touch hundreds of thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full design lifecycle from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI delivery
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant product experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to scope and prioritize design solutions
  • Create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design decisions
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system to ensure scalability and cohesion
  • Advocate for the user experience while balancing business priorities
  • Iterate quickly on designs based on user data, feedback, and product KPIs
  • Deliver high-quality visual designs and assets ready for implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role at a SaaS, marketplace, or product-led growth company
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including both UX and UI
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or similar)
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with limited resources
  • Self-sufficient and accountable to deadlines
  • Proficient in English and located in North or South America

Not mandatory, but highly valued:

  • Previous experience with 2-sided marketplaces
  • Experience designing marketing websites or landing pages
  • Graphic design experience (e.g. marketing assets, social media, or brand visuals)
  • Experience with motion/interaction design or rapid prototyping tools
  • Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) to better communicate with engineers

Benefits

  • Fully remote role with a strong emphasis on asynchronous work
  • $2,000-$3,000 USD/mo
  • 2 weeks paid vacation
  • Annual cash performance bonus based on the growth and performance of the company
  • Significant growth potential in both role and compensation as we continue to scale
