SUMMARY OF POSITION

At Adalvo, we are continuously enhancing our Salesforce platform to support business growth. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in turning business requirements into technical solutions—designing, developing, testing, and documenting new features and processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders during our quarterly Program Implementation Planning (PiP) sessions to prioritize and deliver improvements, while also contributing to ongoing process development. As our team grows, you may also provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Build and maintain Visual Flows and automate business processes using declarative tools.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in Salesforce development.
• Help onboarding of a new, green developer with occasional guidance and support

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification .
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Proficiency in Visual Flows and Flow Builder.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns.
• Full stack development experience including frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (Apex, Node.js or similar).
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I Certification would be an advantage but is not mandatory
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification would be an advantage but is not mandatory
