We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of our digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs of our customers and support our growth in the pharmaceutical & health insurance industry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s goals in the health insurance sector.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Ensure user stories and requirements are clearly defined and actionable for development teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
- Feature Development & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of features, from concept through launch, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Collect and analyze user feedback and market trends to refine product features and improve customer satisfaction.
- Agile Methodology: Lead the development team using agile methodologies, organizing sprints, and conducting regular meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all product developments meet industry compliance and data protection standards relevant to the health insurance sector.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the product team.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the health sector, with a focus on digital products.
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies; experience working with development teams in agile environments.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed product decisions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy laws, and compliance standards is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus.
