What are we offering?

A multinational company specializing in the development of large industrial and logistics projects and data centers, with a clear internal focus on people and currently undergoing expansion, is seeking a DESIGN MANAGER (maternity leave)

• Managing design teams (briefing → concept → execution → delivery)
• BIM monitoring
• Monitoring the budget of the project
• Implement “tried & tested” concepts and details (Safety Handbook, Design, etc.) that distinguish the “signature” of GSE design & build
• Support the Design and Estimating Department in presenting alternative solutions (technical, environmental, etc.)
• Coordinate the preparation of the various plans with the parties involved
• Select and coordinate external engineering firms to obtain the building permit
• Ensure that deadlines are met
• Coordinate with the project teams to transcribe and optimise the concepts established in the project’s design phase during the construction phase
• Support the project team to ensure the project’s technical design and guarantee its compliance with regulations
• Participate – alongside the project manager – in the selection and negotiation of contractors that have tendered

What do we need?

• Master’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or similar
• 5 years’ experience in project management of commercial, logistics or industrial real estate
• Strong skills in Revit, Autocad or similar
• English proficiency
• Preferred languages: English or French
