AI Developer

Overview:

We’re looking for a AI Developer - Product & Process Innovation to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven, automated solutions for our visa services platform at InZone UAE. This role focuses on identifying business problems, redesigning workflows, and using technologies like LLMs, AI services, and low-code tools (similar to n8n) to create efficient, scalable systems. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, working with stakeholders, developers, and automation tools to streamline operations, integrate systems (especially CRM and email), and deliver a transparent, interactive user experience through a client-facing dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing workflows and identify pain points and inefficiencies in service delivery and internal operations.
• Design AI-enhanced process flows using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, GetAI) to automate communication, document processing, and task management.
• Implement or guide development of automated workflows using low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) and integrate with CRM/email systems.
• Define the strategy and requirements for a user-facing dashboard that visualizes service activity, registration steps, and document status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions. Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and services to propose high-impact integrations.
• Act as the bridge between business, technical, and user experience teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in product management, operations, or process design roles focused on automation and AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and AI services (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4, GetAI, Claude, RAG-based workflows). Practical experience with low-code automation platforms (like n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email-based user communication flows.
• Ability to lead developers through the product lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, impact-focused environment.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with UAE visa services, company registration, or B2B service platforms.
• Familiarity with data analytics and dashboard/reporting tools.
• UX or dashboard design understanding (conceptual or product-level).
