Machine Learning Engineer

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Role:

This is a hybrid role blending data science and software engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient supply chain solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

Skills and Technology Used:

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is required.

Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is beneficial.

Cloud Environments: Familiarity with Azure (especially Databricks) and GCP environments is essential.

Data Visualization tools: PowerBI and Looker (good to know, but not mandatory)

Development Tools:

Coding: VScode

Version Control: GitHub

Work Management: Jira, Miro Board

Additional Knowledge:

Machine Learning: Basic understanding is advantageous but not mandatory.

Optimization Techniques: Knowledge of linear programming (optimization/LP solver) is a plus.

Requirements:

Coding Practices: Efficient code maintenance through unit tests and regression tests.

Software Engineering Practices: Adherence to best practices in software engineering.

Cloud certification: YES

Consultant is expected to have certificate at latest 1 month after start, if not already certified
