As a Risk and Quality Assurance Manager you serve as a key control function within the Business Operations, responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks while ensuring quality assurance standards across all operational processes.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with internal audit, compliance, and external regulators on risk-related matters
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., financial, data protection)
• Support the implementation of regulatory changes and compliance initiatives
• Act as liaison with second-line functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance) and external auditors. Proactively plan and oversee resources, budgets and KPIs across Unit
• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and methodologies
• Monitor and evaluate process performance and service delivery against defined standards
• Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance principles. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align quality assurance with process optimization initiatives
• Support the development and maintenance of all levels of process documentation
• Provide training and guidance on risk and quality topics to Business Operations employees

• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
