Back End Developer

📍 Waterloo, Belgium | Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to strengthen our clients growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to meet client needs.

You will work closely with consultants and business analysts to integrate Odoo with other systems, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

What you’ll do

• Develop and customize Odoo modules tailored to client requirements
• Manage system integrations and resolve related technical issues
• Analyze client needs and provide scalable technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices
• Support the team with technical expertise in an agile environment

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in Odoo development and module customization
• Strong programming skills in Python and good knowledge of relational databases
• Hands-on experience with system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with version control tools and agile methodologies is a plus
