About you

We're looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative remote team. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying AI models that leverage our federated data mesh architecture, creating intelligent data products that empower business users across enterprises. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping organizations reach AI Heaven without going through Data Hell.


What you bring to the table

  • Strong experience in Machine Learning model development, deployment, and optimization
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps practices
  • Deep understanding of distributed computing and federated learning approaches
  • Experience building production-grade ML pipelines and model serving infrastructure
  • Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, and algorithm design
  • Expertise in working with heterogeneous data sources and real-time data processing
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field


Highly Desired Skills

  • Experience with federated machine learning and privacy-preserving ML techniques
  • Knowledge of data mesh principles and domain-oriented data architectures
  • Familiarity with graph neural networks and knowledge graph technologies
  • Experience building ML systems that maintain data lineage and governance
  • Understanding of multi-modal AI and working with structured/unstructured data
  • Background in building collaborative ML platforms where multiple stakeholders interact
  • Experience with AutoML and model interpretability frameworks


You will be responsible for

  • Design and implement ML models that operate within our federated data mesh architecture
  • Develop intelligent data products that transform raw enterprise data into AI-ready insights
  • Build privacy-preserving ML pipelines that respect data governance and security constraints
  • Create scalable model serving infrastructure that supports real-time decision-making
  • Collaborate with platform engineers to integrate ML capabilities into our Foundation platform
  • Implement model monitoring, versioning, and lineage tracking systems
  • Work with clients to understand their AI requirements and translate them into technical solutions
