Information Security Specialist (Governance)

AllSTARSIT, a global outstaffing partner, is hiring on behalf of bolttech — a leading international insurtech. We’re looking for an Information Security Governance Lead to strengthen security governance and compliance across global operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead security governance framework (policies, standards, controls)
• Drive ISO27001 / NIST alignment and audit readiness
• Manage vendor security assessments & risk programs
• Run global security awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, People, and business leaders

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in information security governance, GRC, or compliance
• Strong knowledge of ISO27001 / NIST frameworks
• Hands-on policy/process development experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead) a strong plus
