Marketing Project Manager

One of the most well-known brands in the Romanian food industry is looking for a Project Marketing Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational marketing activities: campaigns, product launches, daily communication, suppliers.
• Organize and oversee both internal and external teams, ensuring tasks are tracked and delivered effectively.
• Translate strategy into clear actions, plans, and processes.
• Manage relationships with external partners: agencies, photo/video producers, influencers.
• Provide solutions, ideas, and improvements throughout the process — not just execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of packaging development: from briefing to final print delivery.
• Collaborate directly with printing houses (flexo and roto technologies) for approvals, mock-ups, and technical optimizations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing (digital + branding + project management).
• Previous experience in product brands (FMCG, food, lifestyle, or similar industries).
• Hands-on experience with printing houses, packaging processes, and physical production.
• Solid understanding of DTP, finishes, technical formats (CMYK, vector, bleed, cutline).
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, Google Drive.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive results independently.
