Human Resources Specialist

EER Poland is looking for an Human Resources Specialist.

Our client is a dynamically growing international company operating in the German market.

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner who will support local business leaders in strategic human resources management and employee relations and ensure compliance with German labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with local business leaders to provide advice and support across the full spectrum of HR activities (labor law, policies, procedures, performance management, recruitment, coaching, career development);

- Implementing HR projects and developing policies/procedures to achieve strategic HR goals;

- Managing payroll data and coordinating with external payroll service providers;

- Supporting recruitment efforts and managing internship and trainee programs;

- Monitoring changes in German labor law and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

What our client expect:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment;

- University degree in human resources management, psychology, payroll, or a related field;

- In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, payroll regulations, and works council structures;

- Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations;

- Good command of English;

- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills;

- Leadership competencies such as people development, social intelligence, goal orientation, and initiative.
