As a UX Content Designer, you will focus on crafting an engaging shopping journey for users worldwide. Your role combines UX writing, content design, and collaborative UI refinement, underpinned by user insights and analytics, to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and accessible experience.

Responsibilities:

• UX Content Creation: Write clear, user-friendly copy to guide customers through the shopping experience and drive conversions.
• Content Structuring: Organize and align content with user needs, collaborating with UX teams to create an intuitive flow.
• UI Collaboration: Partner with UI designers to enhance usability and ensure a visually cohesive experience.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics and testing to refine content and design, optimizing based on user insights.
• Global Strategy: Develop scalable content strategies that adapt to diverse audiences and cultural nuances.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or UX/UI, preferably in e-commerce or digital products.
• Knowledge of UX principles and content design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Strong expertise with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and user testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience from working in an international context
• Ability for occasional traveling in Sweden
