What you’ll be doing.

Supporting the HR Head with probation reviews and biannual performance review processes and procedures

Researching salary benching marking and compensation and benefits data analysis

Supporting recruitment coordination and onboarding processes based around background screening .

Arranging inductions and training coordination

Compliance management of SMCR

HR/ Training and Benefits administration

Supporting employee queries

Responsible for responsible for incorporating policies based around integration and inclusion
