Job Description

Delivery Unit related: 1. Identifying improvement areas of their squads within a Tribe/Platforms 2. Implementing required improvements for increased agile maturity of their squads 3. Coaching squad members to being autonomous, understanding Agile practices and principles 4. Coaching squads to be self-organized (i.e. being able to run ceremonies and maintain best agile practices without a dedicated Scrum Master) 5. Running required trainings to their squads or wider audiences as/when required 6. Monitor and track the progress of the maturity of squads and provide regular reports to the Agile Coach and other stakeholders
