At Viseca, our AI/ML Engineering Team develops solutions that drive efficiency, security, and intelligence across fraud prevention, risk management, back-office optimization, and beyond. By building end-to-end AI/ML and AIOps solutions in cross-disciplinary teams across Zurich and Lugano, you will enable Viseca to continuously innovate and leverage ML, generative AI, and agentic AI to solve real-world challenges, while adopting state-of-the-art technologies and methods.

You will furthermore expand your expertise in serving and scaling LLM and data-sensitive AI solutions, primarily on-premise, using industry-standard tools and implementing MLOps and AIOps best practices.

Aufgaben

• Develop AI/ML applications, build RAG systems and agentic AI workflows
• Optimize deployment of LLMs and scale training and inference on GPU clusters via Kubernetes and AIOps tools
• Create and translate AI/ML prototypes into production systems
• Research and prototype cutting-edge methods and technologies to advance Viseca's AI/ML landscape
• Support continuous improvement of internal practices and workflows for AIOps
• Support deployment and maintenance of internal AI-related infrastructures and tools
  
  
  

Profil

Must-have

• 4+ years developing and maintaining ML systems (PhD counts as experience)
• Advanced Python skills
• Mid/advanced Linux experience
• Some experience with any type of complex, computational, scientific modeling
• Understanding of AIOps, DevOps, and requirements for deploying productive AI systems
  
  
  

Nice-to-have, One (or Some) Of The Following

• Direct experience developing, training, and deploying ML systems in production
• LLM/RAG implementation experience
• Experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem (e.g. Helm, ArgoCD)
• Willingness to learn and work with agentic AI systems
• Experience (including personal projects) working with open-source LLMs and related tools (vLLM, llama.cpp, open-webui)
• Understanding or experience with parallel/distributed computing
• Some knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, svelte) to create web UIs for AI prototypes
• Basic SQL experience
