We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team and support a variety of the agency’s business applications.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years PHP application development (CodeIgniter preferred).
  • 5+ years with modern UI frameworks and relational databases (Oracle preferred).
  • Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, Node.js, React).
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API/web service development.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, database design/security, and ISDM methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
  • Experience building stateless applications.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulatory business processes.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
