Role: Vulnerability Analyst

Work Location: Sydney

Role Type: Contract

Vulnerability Scanning Activities:

• Scanning platform setup: Scanner and Agents deployment

• Platform configuration, asset Discovery

• Configure & schedule periodic Scans

• Monitor Scans

• Unauthenticated and Authenticated scans (as applicable)

• Vulnerability prioritization

• Vulnerability Advisories (as applicable)

• Comprehensive Reporting

• Rescan & Validate

• Tool proposed: Tenable

Vulnerability Remediation Activities:

• Prioritization of the vulnerability remediation based on criticality.

• Define the vulnerability treatment plan

• Remediation & Testing of the Vulnerabilities on the test devices along with respective teams.

• Follow change management process for Production Systems.

• Remediation of Vulnerabilities on the Production Devices.

• Validation on the success/failure of the remediation and fix issues during the window or current cycle .

• Initiate the rescanning as required

• Publish the Patch Compliance & Vulnerability Report

Reporting & Governance:

• Enable and monitor scan as per the requirements

• Provide reporting as per agreed schedule

• Tracking remediation SLAs for Compliance

• Power BI Dashboards
