What You Will Be Doing

For our global IT infrastructure team based in Hoboken we are seeking a proactive and solution-minded IT Project & Problem Resolution Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in resolving complex technical issues and to coordinate IT infrastructure projects in a global context.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new architectural solutions to persistent problems across diverse IT infrastructure teams.
• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with our business partners
• Foster collaboration among team members to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation of problem resolution processes and project outcomes.
• As the ambassador of the problem management process, you promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
  
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud, etc.).
• Proven experience in IT project coordination and problem resolution.
• Ability to work across multiple technical domains
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving technical puzzles.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and management across different IT teams.
