Your new role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Design and implement ML solutions for financial markets, including predictive models and autonomous AI agents using LLMs.
• Develop intelligent systems leveraging both traditional ML techniques (e.g., time series analysis, anomaly detection) and modern agentic frameworks like LangChain.
• Extract actionable insights from large-scale financial data using quantitative methods and data mining techniques.
• Build robust end-to-end ML pipelines for model development, backtesting, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with financial experts to create scalable ML solutions for risk assessment, portfolio optimization, and research platforms combining classical and LLM-based approaches.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3+ years in ML engineering, quantitative research, or data science with hands-on work in production systems.
• Strong Python & SQL skills with expertise in scientific libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and diverse ML techniques including deep learning and time series forecasting.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic systems, and strong quantitative/statistical abilities for solving real-world problems.
• Experience in financial systems is a plus; effective communicator with the ability to present insights to varied audiences.
