UX/UI Designer:

Procom is searching for a UX/UI Designer for a six-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.


UX/UI Designer - Job Description:

Seeking a talented and user-focused UX/UI Designer to help elevate the design and usability of our internal IT request forms and systems. This role is critical in transforming our current experience into a more intuitive, efficient, and user-centric interface that empowers employees and streamlines IT interactions.


UX/UI Designer - Responsibilities:

• Redesign internal IT request forms and workflows with a focus on usability and accessibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and user needs
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client’s brand and internal standards
• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI across internal systems
  
  
  

UX/UI Designer - Mandatory Skills:

• Strong portfolio in enterprise UX/UI design
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for improving internal digital experiences
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
• Understanding of usability and accessibility principles
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Experience in the IT industry

This is a six-month contract position.
