Software Engineer

Role:

Leading the development and advocacy of our internal developer portal, Backstage Driving Backstage's technical direction for secure, scalable, and maintainable operations Crafting and implementing the product roadmap to address our engineers' critical needs and pain points Championing user-centric development practices Mentoring team members and contributors, elevating their technical and architectural skills

Providing senior engineering perspectives in organizational discussions and projects

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with Backstage development in large, international organizations
• Set and execute strategic roadmaps, driving decisions from both technical and product standpoints
• Exhibit strong leadership, empowering peers and fostering a culture of innovation
• Think strategically about technology and its impact on organizational efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders at all levels
