Junior ServiceNow Developer

Are you a Junior ServiceNow Developer with 1+ year of experience? We have an immediate, long-term contract opportunity for an on-site position in Luxembourg.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and customising the ServiceNow platform's service catalogue.
• Experience with ITSM applications, specifically Incidents, Service Catalog, and Change.
• Proficiency in scripting (UI, Client, BR, ACL) and flow design.
• Proven ability to create catalog items, including analysis, proposing technical solutions, and writing analysis documents.
• Knowledge of data import/export and UpdateSets.
• A ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory.
• Languages: French (fluent), English (B2 level).

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and customise the ServiceNow service catalogue.
• Create and customise new catalogue items and flows to support ITIL processes.
• Assist with and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance.
• Provide daily support and maintenance operations for the platform.
• Conduct analysis and write documentation for forms and workflows.
• Perform unit testing.
