Requirements
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms
- Design and implement cloud solutions that meet customer needs for scalability, security, and reliability
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance and automate cloud operations
- Deploy and configure various middleware services including databases and messaging systems
- Evaluate and implement industry best practices in CloudOps / DevOps methodologies
- Participate in ongoing cloud service operations and contribute to team efforts across regions
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure application reliability and performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in cloud service deployment and management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- 8+ years of experience in CloudOps or DevOps roles with significant hands-on experience
- Deep understanding of AWS or any public cloud (Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Strong foundation in networking, security principles, and Linux systems
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and configuration management (Ansible)
- Proven troubleshooting skills in diagnosing complex application and infrastructure issues
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus) and logging solutions
- Experience with cloud security practices and compliance standards is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
