UX/UI Designer

Our partner is a successful shipping company specializing in over-sized cargo and vehicle shipment worldwide from US. The business turns around well over a hundred thousand vehicles per year and has outgrown its in-house developed business management system. To enable business growth a technology transformation project has started with an objective to improve the current system, enhance it with new capabilities and integrate with more effective 3rd parry solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is an awesome opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for making things happen. You will join a dynamic and highly competent technology team, work on a client-facing IT transformation project and help to improve business processes.

As UX/UI Designer you will:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and stakeholders to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications (focus on web)

- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions

- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points

- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies

We expect you to have:

- Solid experience working with improving business process via UX Design

- Understanding of design principles and best practices for web and mobile applications

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

-Strong stakeholder management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Be an Agile team player

Salary

Gross salary FROM 4,200 EUR based on skills and experience.

Location

Work from anywhere - see you online. We have offices in old-town Vilnius when you need or feel like coming in.
