What You Will Do:
- Analyze requirements, translate these to technical specifications, and design potential technical solutions
- Design and support the data warehouse components and other BI solutions, such as ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments
- Perform supporting, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ETL performance modification
- Actively cooperate in the design of IT architecture and design projects following them
- Analyze and challenge the systems, requirements, and projects, finding synergies, making recommendations for improvements, and supporting prioritizations
- Define system documentation structure, guide the team on it, and ensure it is continually sustained
- Establish high levels of quality and efficiency for the analysis team, and provide the framework to facilitate them
- Assist team members on projects, deliveries, and consultations, and provide the context according to strategy and architecture
- Cooperate with business stakeholders, and IT colleagues in describing functional requirements
- Assist in Unit Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities
- Higher education in IT or Mathematics
- Experience with banking products
- Professional experience with SQL, requirements gathering, and documentation preparation
- Good understanding of project methodologies - waterfall/agile
- Readiness to take ownership, and focus on continuous improvement
- Good communication and cooperation skills with a strong customer focus
- Flexibility, and openness to change
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, remote work and a possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
