AI / ML Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with experience in NLP, including working with large language models (LLMs), and a solid understanding of Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for teamwork, and a product-oriented mindset, ready to apply AI to solve real-world problems.

What will you do:

• Design and implement AI systems like chatbots, smart search engines, and recommendation systems using leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Fine-tune and distill LLMs to optimize their performance and adapt them for specific tasks.
• Create and train advanced machine learning models, including classification, regression, and recommendation models.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that combine generative AI with semantic search and vector databases.
• Develop and deploy AI agents to automate and optimize business processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models while creating comprehensive technical documentation.

Required skills:

• Experience: at least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying NLP and ML models; experience in productionizing Generative AI (GenAI) models; proficiency in fine-tuning and distilling language models; knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes and the ability to design and implement them.
• Language: proficient in Polish; communicative in English (min. B1).
• Tool Pro: excellent knowledge of Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, unsloth); good knowledge of SQL; familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP); knowledge of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and version control (Git).
• Soft skills: excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively in a team.
