Product Manager

Product Manager – iGaming | Kraków

We’re looking for a results-driven Product Manager with solid experience in sports betting and online casino to join our growing iGaming team in Kraków. You’ll shape product strategy, own the full lifecycle, and deliver player experiences that boost engagement and revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the roadmap for sportsbook & casino verticals
• Spot opportunities through market & competitor analysis
• Collaborate with design, engineering, compliance & marketing to deliver on time
• Translate business needs into clear user stories & specs
• Track KPIs & feedback to continuously improve
• Ensure regulatory compliance across markets
• Support CRM & marketing in player acquisition & retention

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years as a Product Manager in iGaming (must-have)
• Hands-on with sportsbook and/or casino products
• Strong grasp of UX/UI & player journeys
• Familiarity with odds management, RNG, live casino, gamification
• Agile/scrum mindset + sharp analytical skills (KPIs, A/B, BI)
• Great stakeholder management & communication
• Knowledge of regulatory & responsible gaming frameworks

Nice to have:

• Experience with third-party platform integrations
