About The Role

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labelers & Annotators. In this role, you will work remotely to accurately annotate and label data such as text, images, and videos according to detailed project guidelines.

Your work will directly support the development of AI and machine learning technologies, contributing to projects that require precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Annotation & Labeling: Watch videos and categorize incidents based on guidelines. Accurately label objects, regions, or actions in images and videos using bounding boxes (BBox).
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all annotated data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project leads and developers to clarify requirements and adjust tasks as needed.
• Tool Usage: Efficiently use annotation software and follow best practices for secure data handling.
• Documentation: Maintain clear records of guidelines, workflows, and issues encountered.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with tools and techniques to improve speed and accuracy over time.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; further education or training in computer science, linguistics, or similar fields is a plus.
• English Proficiency: C1 level (mandatory) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus and accuracy when working with data.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies and flag issues proactively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take feedback and adjust to changing project needs.
  
  

Remote Work Requirements

• Shift Availability: Must be available for evening and night shifts (8-hour schedule).
• Internet Connectivity: Stable, high-speed internet is required.
• Screen Time: Ability to work for extended hours in front of a screen (no major eye issues).
  
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
