Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer to ensure the security compliance of applications and suppliers within scope. You will play a critical role in risk assessment, defining action plans, and supporting security governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assess and verify compliance of applications and suppliers against the security baseline
• Write, validate, and monitor risk assessments related to non-compliance
• Define and follow up on action plans in collaboration with Product Owners
• Participate in the Remediation Steering Committee
• Ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance management
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
• Communicate effectively in English

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in security risk assessment and compliance
• Ability to define actionable security improvement plans
• Knowledge of application and supplier security management
• Experience in participating in governance committees
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage
