Title - Senior Specialist - Learning and Development (Emiratisation)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities -

1. Lead the integration of L&D initiatives with organizational strategy and talent development frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development programs
2. Overseeing the complete L&D lifecycle, including training needs analysis, program design and delivery, vendor management, evaluation, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
3. Collaborating with leadership and HR teams to identify capability gaps, design interventions, and support long-term talent development

Qualifications & Experience -

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a senior specialist or equivalent role.
2. Proven expertise in aligning L&D programs with business goals and talent strategies.
3. Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
