About The Role

We’re looking for a talented Junior Business Analyst who’ll be a part of a tight-knit 6-person team that secures a bridge between Finance and Operations Teams. You will be a part of a fully hands-on team directly involved in finding, sizing, and managing Operations cost optimization initiatives.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail

• Supporting your team on day-to-day tasks, such as monthly cost reviews, Inventory health analysis, and product-level costing
• Organizing data to drive decisions related to cost optimisations, product launches and discontinuation
• Prioritize and size the projects for other teams
• Maintain reports to ensure that management has a clear understanding of production costs by various dimensions (e.g. by technique, by branch, by product etc.)
• Help other teams to make right decisions and achieve their goals by gathering relevant data and turning it into sizable, actionable projects with measurable outcomes
• Track main cost positions and work with other teams to find, size and execute initiatives that improve our competitiveness
  
  

Below is a list of formal requirements, but you’re in the right place if you’re a team player and well-organized, have an analytical mind, a genuine interest in finance and data analysis, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to learn and lead by example. Since we’re an international team and our working language is English, our team members need to have strong English skills as well.

Your Qualifications

• Degree or enrollment in finance, business administration, math, or a related field
• Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. Lookups, Pivot table etc.)
• Proficiency and interest in working with large data sets
