Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analysis Specialist to join an international team in Strasbourg. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects and apply advanced analytics to deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Turn business challenges into data-driven models and solutions.
• Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to deliver reliable insights.
• Identify trends, correlations, and predictive patterns.
• Select and optimise algorithms using the latest data science tools.
• Build and present impactful data visualisations that support decision-making.
• Lead and contribute to big data and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Support reporting processes and propose quick wins that add business value.
• Ensure data security and ethical compliance in every step of the analytics process.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical models and KPIs.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and data processing methods.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate data into clear insights.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for value-adding analysis.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Cognos, BIGSQL, SQL.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data processing.
• Knowledge of analytics libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, ELKI).
