Our Digital Operations Centre in Warsaw is a management center for key IT services. The center was established in 2017 and now employs more than 150 specialists based out of Poland along with satellite teams in South Africa and Malaysia. Currently DOC provides services in scope of Service Desk, AV, Cloud Infrastructure Management and more to various organizations across Europe as well as internationally

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage security tools.
  • Investigate suspicious activities, contain and prevent them.
  • Reduce downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Providing security services to the rest of the organization.
  • Audit and compliance support.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) on similar position in SOC Team.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Sentinel would be a great asset.
  • Proficiency in security monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM) and a basic understanding of network protocols and infrastructure are the most important technical skills for this role.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
