About the Position:

As a Unity3D Developer, you will play a key role in developing simulation and training systems, focusing on real-time visualization, physics, interaction, and user interface implementation. We are looking for talented team members who can contribute to both civilian and defense projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize simulation software using Unity3D
• Implement realistic physics and interaction systems for vehicle, naval, and aviation simulators
• Design, develop, and maintain C#-based applications
• Build and improve multiplayer/Netcode infrastructures
• Integrate UI/UX designs into Unity applications
• Collaborate on hardware integration (PLC, servo motors, vehicle components) with Unity
• Work closely with the project team to contribute to defense and civil aviation simulation projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years (Mid) / 5 years (Senior) of professional experience in Unity3D and C#
• Strong knowledge of game physics, vehicle dynamics, animation, and visualization
• Hands-on experience with Netcode, Mirror, Photon, or other multiplayer solutions
• Knowledge of render pipelines (URP / HDRP) , shader programming (HLSL/Shader Graph), and GPU optimization.
• Experience with performance optimization (Profiler, GPU/CPU efficiency)
• Experience in optimization techniques (memory management, draw call reduction, batching, LOD).
• Experience with networking solutions such as Unity Netcode
• Preferably experience in simulation, VR/XR, or defense-related projects
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience in hardware integration for simulation projects (PLC, CAN Bus, motion platforms, etc.).
• Familiar with Unity DOTS and ECS.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively in a team.
• Good command of technical English documentation
