Marketing Visual Designer

We are on a mission to make indoor navigation smarter, simpler, and more intuitive. Our platform helps organizations improve wayfinding, space management, and user experience across hospitals, universities, corporate campuses, and large venues.

Now, we’re looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to help tell that story—visually, digitally, and dynamically.

This role goes beyond just making things look good. We need someone who understands how great design drives engagement and action. Someone who can take complex ideas and turn them into simple, compelling visuals. Someone who knows that a brand is more than a logo - it’s an experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design impactful visuals for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create polished sales and partner collateral aligned with brand identity.
• Produce videos showcasing product features, customer stories, and thought leadership content.
• Use motion graphics and animations for engaging explainer content.
• Develop and manage website visuals, pages, and CMS content in Webflow.
• Ensure responsive design and optimize user experience across devices.
• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and experiment with AI-powered tools.

We offer:

• Part-time position (60-80%)
• Employment contract (umowa o pracę)
• Up to 8 000 pln gross for part-time job
• Hybrid work model – 2/3 days per week in our Kraków office

Who You Are:

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with Webflow and responsive web design.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and SaaS concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web or app design.
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience with 3D design, AR/VR, or emerging trends.
