Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Medior level) with at least 5 years of experience to join our client’s team in Luxembourg. The role involves both business analysis and support activities, requiring strong communication with stakeholders and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Liaise between business teams and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Support ongoing systems, processes, and users.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
• Assist in testing, validation, and user support when needed.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in French; at least basic English.

Daily rate: 400 euros/day
