We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in product definition, specification, and implementation.
- Design and build client-side and server-side architecture.
- Practice and promote effective software engineering methodologies, keeping up with technological advances to optimize our software.
- Support and improve the organization's software development environment.
Required Skills:
- IT-related degree/certifications or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in web application product development using Flask or Django framework and developing with Python.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks.
- Experience in building REST APIs.
- Exposure to relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL (PostGIS).
- Familiarity with Agile toolsets, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in version control with GIT.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous knowledge of Docker and AWS is an advantage.
- Understanding of big data concepts and open-source frameworks.
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
- Knowledge of server-side templating, specifically Jinja.
