Ovoko
Lithuania · Full-time · Entry

Who We Are

Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €25B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely offline. We connect 5,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. With over 30 million parts listed, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s fastest-scaling e-commerce companies, but the real opportunity lies ahead, as we build a real category-defining platform worldwide.

About The Role

As Product Manager for Ovoko’s Post-Purchase team, you’ll own the full journey from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the buyer’s hands (and beyond, including returns and support). You’ll shape how sellers manage their warehouse and dispatch workflows, how orders move across our logistics network, and how buyers experience delivery, tracking, and after-sales care.

This role is about solving complex, multi-sided problems - balancing the needs of sellers and buyers, aligning with internal teams, and ensuring the right trade-offs are made between speed, cost, and experience. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Support, Account Managers, Shipping and Operations to build tools and features that ensure reliable, transparent, and delightful post-purchase experiences.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own the roadmap: Define and execute Ovoko’s post-purchase strategy, covering everything from order fulfillment and delivery to returns and support inquiries.
  • Lead discovery: You will spend significant time with both sellers (e.g., in their warehouses) and buyers (e.g., user interviews, surveys) to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
  • Translate insights into initiatives: Turn user and data findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.
  • Execution: Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and AMs to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Measure impact: Define and track KPIs like dispatch time, delivery reliability, support ticket volume, and repurchase rates. Use data to guide priorities.
  • Act as the bridge: Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Operations, Shipping Accounting) and external stakeholders (sellers, buyers, logistics partners).
  • Champion the user: Advocate for solutions that create a transparent, trustworthy, and satisfying post-purchase experience for both sellers and buyers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience with order fulfillment, warehouse operations, ERP systems or delivery flows - not just digital or social products.
  • Proven ability to balance needs of multiple user groups (e.g., sellers vs. buyers, drivers vs. riders).Strong skills in user research and workflow analysis - willing to go beyond the desk and into the warehouse.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
  • Structured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • Strong technical insight - able to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

SALARY

The offered salary for this position starts at 5,600 (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
