About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth project workflows, acting as a bridge between designers and stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are timely, on-brand, and aligned with company standards. You’ll also be responsible for file organization, tool setup, and ensuring compliance with our Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Follow-Up: Keep creative projects on track, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams.

🔹 File Management: Maintain organized, accessible project files and ensure accuracy.

🔹 Branding Requests: Manage and oversee branding application requests to meet company guidelines.

🔹 Tool Setup & DAM Management: Oversee project management tools and digital asset organization in DAM systems.

What You Bring:

✔️ Experience in project management, ideally within creative or marketing environments

✔️ Language Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French

✔️ Project Tools: Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Wrike, Dropbox, and Bynder

✔️ Organizational Excellence: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
