Salary Range: 100K to 150K (based on experience)

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-obsessed Webmaster and Web Developer who lives at the intersection of code, design, analytics, and innovation. You’ll own our web presence and keep our websites fast, secure, elegant, and deeply integrated with the latest tools and technologies.

What You Will Do…

• Build, manage & optimize WordPress (WP Engine, Elementor).
• Integrate WordPress with our MarTech stack (HubSpot and others).
• Drive technical SEO/GEO and related areas.
• Build advanced interactions, animations, and seamless UX.
• Keep sites blazing fast, secure, and compliant (GDPR/CCPA).
• Use data to fuel decisions.
• Work with partner agencies where needed.
  
  
  

What You Need…

• 5+ years of hands-on website development and management.
• Strong skills in WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS.
• Analytics, testing, and SEO expertise.
• A security-first mindset and compliance know-how are essential.
• The candidate should have a strong passion for design and knowledge of AI tools.
