Department Manager Project Engineering

Lead the engineering function for LCB Renewables, managing a multidisciplinary team of senior engineers and technical experts and to ensure high-quality, integrated technical solutions across all project phases.

Responsibilitie

• sLead the engineering function for LCB Renewables, managing a multidisciplinary team of senior engineers and technical experts to ensure high-quality, integrated technical solutions across all project phases
• .Set the strategic direction for engineering standards, design and contribute to maintaining updated process and procedures, technology integration in alignment with OMV Petrom policies and international best practices
• .Serve as the technical authority for engineering decisions, overseeing the development, validation, and optimization of designs, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure regulatory, grid, and internal compliance
• .Lead the department in adopting best practices in project engineering for renewable energy, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• .Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the engineering function, ensuring alignment with corporate transformation and decarbonization objectives
• .Actively contribute to defining and implementing the company’s energy transition and decarbonization strategy by identifying new energy sources, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships
• .Drive strategic initiatives that support the company’s transformation goals, including the integration of renewable energy solutions and digital readiness
• .Champion innovation and digitalization, including advanced SCADA systems, energy storage integration, and smart grid readiness
• .Oversee the development and validation of engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation for renewable assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and grid requirements

• e:Education: University degree Master in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fie
• ldProven expertise in solar PV, Wind, energy storage, SCADA, and electrical infrastructur
• e.12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles within the energy or renewables secto
