YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Business Analyst to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Optimize processes and identify business impacts, preparing action plans;
• Collect, analyze, and validate business needs, confirming Business Requirement documents;
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Key Users to create and maintain Detailed Functional Specifications and Test Plans, ensuring the Test Plan is followed during testing;
• Functionally assist IT teams throughout all project phases;
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
