The Position
This is a fixed-term 12 months internship (paid) opportunity for graduates and/or early – in career or University / PhD. students who can commit to a full-time job.
The Product Manager Intern working in the Marketing Chapter in Roche Diagnostics Baltics will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives for Coagulation, Hematology, and Urinalysis product portfolios in Baltics.
Part of your responsibility will be managing product lifecycle processes in order to meet defined Sales and KPI targets for the Baltic region which offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and market growth in the Baltic region.
Main Deliverable
By the conclusion of this 12-month internship, you will have a proven track record of contributing to the commercial success of the Coagulation, Hematology, and Urinalysis portfolios. Your key accomplishments will include executing product launches, managing aspects of the product lifecycle, delivering insightful competitive analysis, and providing crucial support for key commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute marketing strategies to meet sales, profit, and market growth goals
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire marketing process, including product launches and phase-outs, and adjust pricing in collaboration with Finance
- Tender Support: Assist Sales chapter in the preparation of tender documents
- Professional Growth: By the conclusion of the internship, you will have developed a comprehensive marketing strategy and competitive assessment for the Coagulation, Hematology, and Urinalysis product portfolio
- Networking Opportunities: Build valuable connections with industry professionals and regional marketing teams through various projects and training events
- Hands-On Experience: Engage in real-world projects that impact the healthcare industry and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes
- Recently graduated from Natural/Life Sciences studies or have a respective laboratory professional qualification
- Have an understanding of laboratory testing processes
- Direct laboratory experience is preferred
- Understand medical disciplines related to hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis
- Demonstrate strong communication (oral and written) skills
- Excellent planning, administration, and decision-making abilities
- Customer and service-oriented mindset
- Preferably hold a valid driving license
- Fluent English language is a must
