Are you a seasoned Product Leader passionate about the intersection of AI and financial technology? We are partnering with a leading global enterprise to find a talented Product Manager for a critical 6-month contract initiative based in Kraków.

This role is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of cutting-edge financial products within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of key AI-driven financial products. You will act as the central hub, aligning engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver complex, scalable solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements and deliver significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for mission-critical financial initiatives, with a strong focus on KYC/AML compliance.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, regulatory landscapes, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and impact.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML applications for fraud detection and risk management.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable user stories and a well-prioritized product backlog.
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills):

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in financial services, fintech, or AI-driven product development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in KYC/AML compliance within a banking or fintech setting, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Proficiency with modern tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Copilot, GitLab, and SQL.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, contract-based environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in financial products.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Product Management - AIPMM, PSPO, etc.).

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 Months (Initial Contract)
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week required in the Kraków office)
