Cybersecurity Analyst (100%) - Geneva

We are recruiting a Cybersecurity Analyst based at our headquarters and production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Infrastructure and Security Manager and working in close collaboration with external providers and internal technical collaborators, your mission is to manage vulnerabilities and cyber incidents while ensuring the overall security of OM Pharma.

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows

  • Assess and remediate security vulnerabilities identified by our tools, Security Operations Center (SOC), and audit findings
  • Serve as the first responder to cybersecurity incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, DDoS attacks, and insider threats
  • Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing to identify risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure (hybrid)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners or vendors to develop and implement remediation plans and conduct joint vulnerability assessments
  • Investigate security incidents to determine scope, impact, and root cause and take appropriate action
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to strengthen OM Pharma's security posture
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls
  • Conduct security awareness training sessions for employees, fostering a culture of security and promoting best practices


To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Cybersecurity or a related field (relevant IT certifications in Cybersecurity a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence (ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated industry)
  • Proven experience in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation activities
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools, including cloud and Microsoft 365 security
  • Solid understanding of networks, operating systems, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with incident response processes
  • Knowledge of GxP requirements and project management methodologies (an asset)
  • Fluency in both French and English
