Job Brief

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver school and building construction projects with excellence. The ideal candidate is a leader who brings 20+ years of proven expertise in construction and has a strong record in managing school projects. Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage school and building construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, cost, and time goals.
• Oversee all phases of design, planning, and execution.
• Manage teams, contractors, and consultants with strong leadership.
• Handle fire safety upgrades and modifications with technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 20+ years in construction.
• 10+ years managing school/building projects.
• 10+ years in a managerial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Certifications:

• Mandatory: PWA/Ashghal approval and UPDA Grade A certificate.
• Preferred: Chartered Engineer/PE and/or PMP certification.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of fire system modifications and fire life safety projects.
