We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to drive and support internal AI adoption across Novature’s companies. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the latest Microsoft AI tools to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance process efficiency and elevate the employee experience. What you are going to do:

  • Transform Processes: Automate and optimize workflows with the latest Microsoft AI tools to boost efficiency and streamline operations
  • Work with AI Automation Every Day: Embrace AI-first mindset and apply top-tier AI tools across all areas of the business
  • Hands-On Automation: Build, test, and improve automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other cutting-edge tech to make everything run smoothly
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with all teams to integrate automation and AI into processes within the group of companies
  • Push Boundaries: Explore new ways AI and Automation can make us more effective and innovative, and put your ideas into action to keep us moving forward


We expect you to:

  • Have practical experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, N8N or similar
  • Have knowledge of database systems for automating data workflows, creating queries, and implementing data-driven automation solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with coursework or projects in AI or machine learning would be an advantage
  • Have practical experience automating internal company processes and workflows
  • Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automation-related best practices
  • Have strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript would be an advantage
